DOer Technologies – Service Terms

1Introduction

These Service Terms govern the use of the software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform provided by DOer Technologies (hereinafter referred to as the “Solution”). By accessing or using the Solution, the Client agrees to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2Definitions

Term Definition

Client A business entity subscribing to the Solution under these Service Terms.

Solution The cloud-based software platform provided by DOer Technologies, including CRM, ERP, customer and driver applications, and an online store.

Subscription Plan A selected service package defining the scope of functionalities and applicable fees.

Subscription Fee The recurring payment required to access the Solution, as per the chosen Subscription Plan.

Trial Period A limited-time period during which the Client may access the Solution without charge.

User Any individual authorized by the Client to use the Solution.

Service Provider DOer Technologies, the company delivering the Solution.

Website The official website of DOer Technologies, available at www.doer.ae.

Support Services Technical assistance, system maintenance, and configuration support provided by DOer Technologies.

Confidential Information Any non-public business, technological, or operational information exchanged between the parties.

3Account Registration & Access

To access the Solution, the Client must register an account via the Website.

The Client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date business information.

The Client is solely responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activities under its account.

4Services & Usage

The Service Provider grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Solution in accordance with these Service Terms.

The Solution is delivered as a cloud-based platform, accessible through supported web browsers and mobile applications.

The Client shall not modify, distribute, resell, or reverse-engineer any component of the Solution.

The Service Provider reserves the right to improve, update, or modify the Solution for security, performance, or functional enhancements.

5Subscription & Payment Terms

Subscription Fees are charged based on the selected Subscription Plan and must be paid as outlined on the Website.

Late or failed payments may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of service.

Clients may upgrade or downgrade their Subscription Plan, with changes taking effect in the next billing cycle.

If no plan is selected after the Trial Period, access to the Solution will be restricted and may be revoked.

6Security & Data Protection

The Client retains full ownership of all data entered into the Solution.

The Service Provider will apply industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect Client data.

Upon termination of service, the Client may request a copy of its data within 14 calendar days, provided all dues are cleared.

Daily backups are maintained and stored for a period of seven (7) days.

The Client consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the DOer Technologies [Privacy Policy]

7Support, Maintenance & Service Continuity

The Service Provider offers technical support via email at [support@doer.ae], including troubleshooting, system maintenance, and usage guidance.

DOer is not a standalone product. Ongoing support and maintenance are mandatory to ensure all system features remain operational and secure

Lack of an active support or maintenance plan may result in reduced functionality, service degradation, or feature unavailability.

Additional configuration, customization, or premium support services may be offered at an additional fee, subject to separate terms.

8Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Solution.

The Client acknowledges and accepts that periodic maintenance, updates, or third-party issues may cause temporary disruptions.

The Service Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption.

9Termination & Suspension

The Client may terminate the subscription at any time by providing written notice to the Service Provider.

The Service Provider may suspend or terminate the Client’s access for non-payment, breach of these terms, or unlawful use of the Solution.

Upon termination, access to the Solution will be revoked and Client data will be permanently deleted after 14 days, unless otherwise agreed.

10Miscellaneous

These Service Terms represent the entire agreement between the Client and DOer Technologies regarding the Solution.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction and laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes.
